We want you to love your purchase. Each piece from The Universe Collections is carefully designed, inspected, and packaged before it leaves our studio.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition.
Returned in its original packaging.
Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at canterodesign.studio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or customization reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Used candles or products that have been burned.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Final sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Copper Disk — Final Sale

The solid copper disk included with this piece is non-refundable and non-returnable.

As described in the product details, natural copper is a living material that may develop subtle marks, variations in color, oxidation, and patina through contact with air, water, and handling. These organic changes are inherent characteristics of authentic solid copper and are not considered defects or imperfections.

Each disk will naturally develop its own character over time. You may gently polish the surface to restore its original luster or allow the copper to age naturally.

By purchasing this piece, you acknowledge and accept the natural variations and aging characteristics of the copper disk.
